Huvema has been active as a leading wholesale trader in the Netherlands for over 45 years. We now deliver our machines worldwide to more than 20 countries.
We are known for our excellent delivery reliability. We can deliver over 10.000 articles from stock! We have a well established reputation in supplying machines and tools for the metal working industry. Our machines are frequently used in workshops and technical training institutes all over the world. Our customers appreciate the good price/quality ratio of our products and our flexibility. Huvema machines are available through an extensive dealer network. For installation, maintenance and repairs you can count on the professional service of our technical department. Can I come and visit Huvema’s showroom at Veghel?

Yes, you can. Our showroom en demo room are 2000 m2, enabling us to showcase our complete product range. Ranging from the smallest tools to the biggest industrial metal working machines. All our machines can be seen in action. During working days you can come and visit our showroom between 08.30 and 16.00. The address is Kennedylaan 14 at Veghel.

Can I order directly from the Huvema webshop?

Yes, you can. The Huvema webshop contains an assortment of products that can be ordered directly from us. These are products we sell separate from the Huvema® brand range.

Products are shipped from our warehouse at Veghel. Shopping at Huvema.nl is easy and safe - you can shop online 24 hours a day.

Can I order products from the Huvema® brand range directly?

Unfortunately not. These products are sold via dealers. They can give you expert advice on the machine(s) you wish to buy, ensuring that you will make the right choice for your specific situation. You can however ask for a quote for these products, by clicking the Offer button. We aim to send you a quick reply; generally you will get an answer within 12 hours (on working days) including the nearest dealer where you can buy the product. When you order a product we will supply it directly from our warehouse to you. You will get the invoice from your chosen dealer.

Can I get an offer for a product from the Huvema® brand range?

Yes, you can. You can get a quote for these products by clicking the Offer button. We aim to send you a quick reply; generally you will get an answer within 12 hours (on working days) including the nearest dealer where you can buy the product. How can I cancel an online order?

Online orders are processed automatically. It is therefore only possible to cancel orders by phone at number +31 413 342275.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can. Please note that for orders by phone there is a minimum order value of EUR 100,00.

Can I order all products online?

Shipment & collection

What are the delivery times?

Products that are ordered in the webshop before 15:00 and that are on stock will be delivered the next day. Our products are shipped from our warehouse at Veghel.

Can I collect my online order personally?

Yes, you can, from our warehouse at Veghel, Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 16:30 hours.

Can I track&trace my online order?

When your online order has been sent with a track&trace code, you can track the order via Order status when you are logged in with your account. Alternatively you can check your DHL package code via the DHL website. You can find this code on the dispatch confirmation. When you have placed a large order it is easiest to call us at +31 413 342275.

Parts

Can I order spare parts?

Yes, you can. We have close to 10.000 parts on stock. If you wish to order a part, please indicate the part you need on the parts drawing you will find in the product manual. Please scan the drawing and mail it to info@huvema.nl or fax it via +31 413 342029. This is the surest way to receive the part you need.

Exchanging & returning

Is there a money back guarantee?

Should you be unsatisfied with your order we will replace it with a new (similar) product or you can get your money back. The condition is that you inform us of this within 14 calendar days of the delivery of your order. Return shipments are only accepted in the original packaging and when the product has not been used. Please inform us beforehand that you will be sending a product back at telephone number +31 413 342275.

How do I return damaged, defective or wrong products?

When you have received a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us at +31 413 342275. They will tell you all about returning the product. Package the product in the original packaging and make sure it is well protected against (further) damage. Check the contents and make sure all accessories and manuals are also returned.

What is the guarantee period?

Yes, there is a one year guarantee on normal use of the machine.

Where do I go when my product is defective?

When your product malfunctions after the guarantee period or needs maintenance, you can contact us via +31 413 342275. For our clients we have good rates for maintenance work. Our technicians know each machine inside-out. When repairs need to be made outside the guarantee period an hourly rate and the prices of the parts will be charged.

Can I get a maintenance contract for my product?

Yes, you can. Huvema offers the possibility to make a contract for the maintenance of Huvema products. Periodical maintenance ensures that your products are kept in good working order and safe to work with during their entire working life. Preventative maintenance will also maximize the performance of your product.
Our service contract offers you a professional solution to all maintenance and repair work that may need doing to your product. If a product needs to be updated, e.g. to adhere to new regulations, these changes can be done by our technicians. Both in-house and outside Huvema they make sure our products are kept up-to-date.
Products that are periodically inspected, maintained and if necessary updated have a longer life span, are more cost effective and are safe to work with.

Huvema is part of the ETTM group.
ETTM is the holding enterprise of several companies that are leading suppliers of (metal working) machines and (machining) tools.
